  • Where do we deliver?
    We deliver locally to Liverpool and the Torbay Area. We also offer1st and 2nd class shipping for most of our plants across the UK. To read more about our local delivery areas and shipping, please check out our Shipping and Delivery page.
  • Do you deliver outside of Liverpool/Solihull/Torbay?
    Yes! We now offer nationwide shipping on a majority of our plants! Please check the plants delivery info to find out if it can be shipped!
  • Can I pick up my plant instead of having it delivered?
    Yes! When ordering your plant, please chooe your areas pick up option and we'll contact you regarding pick up within a 24 hours of your purchase. We'll provide you with our postcode on the agreed upon pick up date.
  • Help my plant's dying!
    Don't panic! If you purchased a plant from us, you will have been supplied care instructions for your specific type of plant. If you've been following these instructions, please send us a message! We'll ask some questions and hopefully provide you with some customised plant tips. If your plant is looking a bit worse for wear, send us a message about our plant rehab services!
