SHIPPING
We now offer UK wide delivery for our Cyanotypes and Macrame Hangers.

Our plants will only be available for local delivery or pickup.
All of our parcels are shipped via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class shipping, depending on which is chosen at checkout.
All of our packaging is 100% recyclable from the brown paper our plants are packed with to the tape our boxes are closed with.

LOCAL DELIVERY
We offer local Liverpool delivery within 5 mile!
Please see the information below regarding our local delivery zones.

We offer delivery within 5 miles of L15 and L22 for £4.00 (excluding the Wirral), if you have any questions about what postcodes are included, please drop us a message on our contact form.

If you are further out don't worry, we offer free pick up in L15 and L22.We will contact you via email within 24 hours of your order to organise a pick up time. Pick up times: Monday to Friday 17:00 - 21:00, although we can be flexible on this.

If you are in Liverpool but outside of these post codes, please opt for Pick up or 1st or 2nd class shipping.

RETURN POLICY
If you ever have any care issues with plants purchased from The Power Plants, please don't hesitate to contact us. If you're unhappy with your products we will issue a refund or replacement as long as you haven't damaged the item. We do not currently compenstate for return postage.
All sales are final.
